All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.

1. Consultation services

AstrologyFlen provides personal astrology consultations and natal chart analysis. Before confirming an order, you may contact us to clarify the format, scope, and delivery process.

2. No refunds

Once an order is confirmed and preparation of the consultation has started, payments are not refundable because the service is personalized and time is allocated to prepare it.

3. Issues with an order

If you believe a service was not delivered or a technical problem occurred, contact us within 7 days at [email protected]. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a correction or re-delivery of the affected part of the service.

4. Rights required by law

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
